Programa propõe um novo padrão de excelência no atendimento ao cidadão; instalada dentro do Paço Municipal, com atendimento segunda a sexta-feira, das 12h às 17h
Na manhã desta segunda-feira (27), o Prefeito Edgar de Souza, acompanhado do vice-prefeito, Carlinhos Daher e dos Secretários Municipais, realizaram a vistoria de entrega da obra do Paço Municipal. O prédio, que teve sua última reforma há mais de 20 anos, foi totalmente reformado, mantendo as suas características arquitetônicas originais.
A acessibilidade foi contemplada com a instalação de um elevador, além de adaptações de rampa no interior do prédio.
O local também foi preparado para a implantação do Programa Simplifica Lins, um projeto que tem por objetivo a simplificação e desburocratização de Administração Pública Municipal.
Baseado em um novo conceito de atendimento e inspirado nos Programas “Poupatempo” e “Descomplica SP”, o Simplifica Lins oferecerá ao cidadão, em um único lugar, atendimento presencial ágil e integrado, visando a transparência no serviço público e igualdade do cidadão.
O munícipe encontrará neste ambiente serviços de diversas Secretarias Municipais e Órgãos conveniados, prestados por servidores preparados para orientar, direcionar e esclarecer o cidadão de forma eficaz.
“O cidadão é o centro das atenções, aqui ele encontrará diversos serviços reunidos em um só lugar. Não existirá mais a antiga frase “não é aqui” ou até mesmo “não é comigo” – afirmou o Prefeito Edgar de Souza.
O Secretário Municipal de Negócios Administrativos, Lucas Pavezzi ressaltou a importância do Projeto: “Ofereceremos uma gama de serviços municipais com procedimentos simples e desburocraticos. O Simplifica Lins somente fará sentido se influenciar, para melhor, a vida das pessoas. Buscamos modelos junto ao Governo do Estado através do Poupatempo e até mesmo a experiência da Capital Paulista com o Programa DescomplicaSP. Realizamos um estudo de nossas demandas locais, envolvendo diversas Secretarias Municipais, e então chegamos ao produto final do Programa. O Simplifica Lins é um projeto que veio para revolucionar o serviço público municipal – finalizou.
Outro destaque do Programa Simplifica Lins diz respeito aos princípios eleitos pela Administração para nortearem suas ações, são eles: Foco no Cidadão; Governo único para Cidadão único; Simplificação e Padronização de processos e procedimentos e Transparência na Gestão.
No local estarão presentes serviços das secretarias de Assistência Social; Agropecuária, Meio Ambiente e Sustentabilidade; Esportes e Lazer; Negócios Administrativos; Ouvidoria; Planejamento e Finanças; Urbanismo, Serviços e Obras Públicas; Habitação, além de órgãos conveniados: Banco do Povo; IBGE; PROCON; Junta de Serviço Militar; SEBRAE Aqui e Sala do Empreendedor.
Os servidores estão passando por treinamentos esta semana e já foram contemplados com a entrega de uniformes e equipamentos de proteção individual (máscaras personalizadas do programa e viseira de acrílico).
Ressaltamos que os atendimentos presenciais da Prefeitura estão suspensos pelo decreto municipal – Pacto Regional, porém, na próxima semana os serviços devem ter início presencial conforme decreto municipal.
